Nou Group wins project for Collodi Preschool in Sferracavallo, Orvieto .

Nou Group was selected to carry out the demolition and reconstruction of the Collodi Preschool in Sferracavallo, located in the municipality of Orvieto. This initiative is part of a virtuous model of transformation and replacement of school buildings nationwide. The goal is to replace the old structure, which consumes a lot of energy and has structural problems, with a modern school that complies with Ministry of Education guidelines and meets the high standards required by environmental sustainability protocols. The new building will offer comfort, healthfulness and a rational division of interior spaces. It will be designed to maximize inclusion and completely overcome architectural barriers, while ensuring significant energy savings. The total investment for this work is 2,300,000.00 euros. The project is part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRP) and is funded by the City of Orvieto.
