Decathlon ha fornito in un primo momento il quantitativo di maschere per effettuare dei test e pochi giorni fa ne ha donate 10.000 al sistema sanitario. Anche se non dispongono della certificazione i respiratori d’emergenza si sono rivelati facili da indossare e efficaci. Recentemente la stessa azienda ha brevettato la valvola con procedura d’urgenza al fine di impedirne l’utilizzo improprio ed in forma speculativa.
RESPIRATORI FFP3 RIUTILIZZABILI
AncheSkoda Auto ha voluto dare il suo contributo, in campo su diversi fronti per supportare organizzazioni e istituzioni nella lotta alla diffusione del virus Covid-19. In collaborazione con il CIIRC,la casa boema ha sviluppato un processo di stampa 3D per la produzione di respiratori FFP3 riutilizzabili.
Grazie al filtro sostituibile, questi respiratori possono essere riutilizzati più volte. Dopo lo sviluppo e la successiva certificazione, la produzione di questi dispositivi sta procedendo a pieno ritmo, con una produzione attuale di circa 60 respiratori al giorno.

IL ROBOT CHE COADIUVA IL MEDICO
Dalla Cina arriva il robot creato apposta per trattare i pazienti colpiti da COVID-19. È stato ideato dal professor Zheng Gangtie e il suo team dell’Università di Tsinghua, il quale lavora al progetto da quando a Wuhan si è registrata l’impennata di contagi da coronavirus. Il robot può svolgere molti dei compiti standard necessari al trattamento e monitoraggio dei pazienti colpiti da COVID-19, tra cui ecografie, tamponi orali e auscultazione. Il tutto permettendo all’operatore di stare ben distante dai possibili veicoli di contagio.
L’obiettivo iniziale era di rendere il robot completamente autonomo, ma la maggior parte dei medici interpellati l’ha sconsigliato: l’occhio esperto del personale specializzato è ancora difficile da sostituire, e può fare una differenza enorme per il paziente. Così si è optato per il controllo remoto una soluzione ben collaudata e in uso sul campo già da tempo.
